• User content: audio, video, text, subtitle files, and other media you upload for processing. This content is stored temporarily to provide our services.

We use your information to: provide and improve our media processing services; process payments and maintain your credit balance; communicate with you about your account and our services; ensure platform security and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; generate anonymized, aggregated analytics to improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit, access controls, regular security audits, and secure backup procedures. Uploaded media files are stored in isolated per-user directories with access controls.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Session data is stored securely and is deleted when you log out or your session expires.

We share only the minimum information necessary to process your transactions. We do not share your uploaded content with any third parties.

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Processed media files are retained according to your storage quota and may be deleted when your account is terminated. Payment and billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements. We provide a GDPR data export feature that allows you to download all your personal data.
